The Tile Shop which is located in Minneapolis wanted a quick solution to their growing problem with the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Database. Having implemented JD Edwards 8.0 with numerous modifications, the Director of Information Systems Keith Cooney, decided to allow InSync Technologies and Arc-Intelligence to implement the Optim Solution. We committed to having the General Ledger completely done as well as training the internal staff on the remaining modules. However, because of Keith's insight during his upgrade to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.9, where he eliminated all modifications to his implementation, we were able to deliver a successful implementation of all 4 modules, consisting of GL, AR, AP and INV for Optim Intelligent Data Management for this Midwest Tile Manufacturer and Distributor. Our hat's go off to Keith's insight in using the powerful JD Edwards software in its pristine and Vanilla version.
